Unless specific project terms expressly state otherwise, holding an NFT or other token:
- does not transfer copyright or ownership of an underlying creative work;
- does not create equity, shares, or ownership in Virtual Artists Studio;
- does not guarantee financial value, profit, income, or future utility;
- and does not automatically grant commercial, licensing, reproduction, or derivative-work rights.
Any access, participation, governance, creative, or licensing rights associated with a token exist only to the extent expressly described in the applicable project terms.
Blockchain transactions may be public, permanent, technically irreversible, and dependent on third-party networks and wallet infrastructure.
